Lounge Host

• Prepare the opening duties of the lounge, and inform today's expected guests to team members
• Welcome the guest, check their membership eligibility in the system by verifying passport & boarding pass
• Encourage the membership expired guests to contact respective Relationship Managers to enjoy the lounge facilities
• Key in data of daily visiting members, expected guests, overall comments for DBS Bank Staff to follow up customers' complaints, consumption of food & beverage, & limousine

Experience Concierge

• Act as a point of reference for guests who needs assistance 
• Recommend the Signature menus, take notes of guests' special meal requests, and explain carefully to chef to prepare

Food Service

• Serve food to the guests with proper table etiquette
• Offer the drinks refill & dessert, ask for their feedback about the food, make sure the guests feel comfortable and satisfied

Mini Bar

Prepare the hot and cold drinks of coffee, tea, champagne, liquors, & wine.
