• Oversee month-end closing processes by reconciling accounts, journal entries, cash flow report, AR,AP, fixed assets and inventory stock report.

• Handled AP processing vendor invoices, matching purchase orders, and ensuring timely payments.
• Generated AR processing customer invoices, managing collections, and recording payments.
• Monitored aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
• Regularly verified daily sales orders credit limits, and credit terms to process invoices promptly.
• Checked and reconciled sales orders, and invoices with GIDN.
• Managed daily inventory transactions, issues, transfers in/out, returns, and 95% recording to accounting software.
• Verified and counted inventory transactions and ensured stock accuracy.
• Assisted with external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial reports. 
• Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.
• Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the management.
