Well versed in finance planning and analysis, financial modelling, scenario analysis modelling and simulation and due diligence process with proven track records in bridge fundraising and various term sheets offered for loan and M&A deals. I supported company business expansion such as companies set up and acquisition. I manage Group consolidation, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, treasury, month end closing and statutory compliance requirement. Besides, I have more than 15 years experiences in well- established manufacturing companies. I had experience in managing group costing in entities located in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Thailand. I started my career as financial accountant, and expanded the scope to costing, inventory management, controlling, business partnering, budgeting& forecasting, internal control, compliance, capex management and system implementation. I am a self- starter who is highly adaptable in dynamic and fast paced environment.
