Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner (Talent Acquisition, Development & Retention) and in Specialist roles (Employee Relations, HR Risk, Talent Management & Engagement) with known MNC’s.

Drive change through collaboration and engagement by leading multiple entity and global projects, lead employee councils, drive several talent management & employee engagement initiatives across the organization.

I am an HR professional with over 17 years of experience. I was recently associated with Tiktok Singapore as a Regional Employee Relations Advisor for APAC including SEA, Japan, Korea and Australia. 

Prior to Tiktok I was with GSK Singapore for 4.5 years in a Specialist role leading HR Investigations, Risk & Compliance and was also HR Leader for one of GSK's entities here in Singapore. I was associated with Honeywell India for 6 years as Manager HR for several Business Units within Honeywell and Eaton Technologies for 3 years as a HR Leader delivering full spectrum of HR functions across various industries (engineering, technology, research and development, pharmaceutical, manufacturing) ensuring HR interface at all levels.

Having associated with diverse industries, I possess a fair amount of knowledge of HR disciplines including employee relations, performance & talent management, succession planning, organization development, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, governance, policy development and administration.

Experience in leading multiple entity and global projects, leading employee councils (ERG’s) across the organization and driving change through collaboration and engagement. 

A few certifications include six sigma greenbelt, trained and certified HR Investigations interviewer, certified internal auditor AS9100c-an aerospace standard, DDI certified for conducting interviews etc.
