Quite vocal as an individual, especially when I do not understand how or why processes are implemented, I tend to ask many questions. It may not be plain as day when you look at my already very wordy populated CV, expression is something that I posses, which I am quite proud of. This quality enabled me to improve processes in my current job as well as my previous jobs. You can definitely do some cross checks with my Team Leads right now, they are good good people!

As a staff, or colleague, I accept changes and adapt as it is or how it goes. Complaining is definitely not my strong suit, I say this cause personally do not like (not hate) being around people who are too negative
