• At the beginning of 2014, I started building - “POPStation” – Parcel locker network in Singpost, an exciting journey with 265 lockers in Singapore, intersecting three different industries: e-commerce, logistics, and retail. 
• In 2017 Following IMDA decision to pilot the smart locker network in new built area of Singapore – Punggol and Bukit Panjang, Singpost was awarded as one of the Locker Operator and I was assigned to spearhead the project from planning, deployment, and operation. The project was launched successfully on Dec 2018. 
• I left SingPost in Sep 2019 to assist with family business set up in Vietnam, specialize in plant-centric lighting which eventually landed in state-own joint-venture with National Institution of Biotechnology and Agriculture. 
• In 2020, Singapore Government - IMDA decided to have 1st in the world smart locker network across the country as part of smart nation initiative and I was headhunted by IMDA to be Project Manager.
• I am passionate about identifying problems and developing businesses around the solutions. I love analyzing customer needs and challenging myself with the development of tailor needs.
