Imaxsoft - Researcher  (April 2020 to September 2022)

• Worked on a team to develop and maintain a Learning Management System(LMS) to manage 60+ universities' online educational environment.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring the LMS's uptime and availability.
• Developed and implemented new features and functionality using Java for Seoul Women University.

<Project>

• Help Center - Designed and developed a new web application, resulting in improved user experience about company's customer services. Mentored intern developers on the web application process, including coding standards, testing and documentation.
• Center for Teaching and Learning - Developed a new web platform for center of teaching and learning of Seoul Women University. Designed and implemented a responsive design for the website, ensuring optimal viewing experience on all devices. Implemented new features, such as a survey management system and equipment rentals management system. Troubleshot and resolved technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring the CTL's uptime and availability.
• Service Learning - Developed a new web platform for volunteer program management system. Implemented features, such as daily report management and course management, to meet the needs of their program.

<Planning For Supply and Demand>

1. Ensure optimal supply plan in place to meet the needs of markets. Execute supply flow plan and monitor the inventory level within the span defined.
