- Maintain acceptable loss ratio thru loss control activities, tracking and following up on large claims and related activities
- Evaluate reinsurance needs, offer cross-functional assistance, and meet organizational guidelines.
- Stay updated on competition, underwriting environment, and market conditions.
- Work alongside leadership teams for implementing strategies, driving change, and taking productivity to the next level.
- Chanel Partner Relationship Management, Maintained positive relationships with underwriter & surveyors, loss adjusters. Setting up the process & SOP for claims and policy management servicing team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
