My current position as an Operations Executive, I manage a diverse scope of responsibilities — from liaising with residents, contractors, and service buyers to overseeing budgeting, sourcing from alternative suppliers, and reviewing tenders and contracts. These duties have honed my project management capabilities and my ability to balance both operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Whether it’s ensuring frontline services run smoothly or identifying cost-effective solutions without compromising quality, I consistently strive to serve both the community and organizational objectives with integrity and commitment.
