A dynamic position in which I can apply my knowledge and experience in the design and administer of satellite communications, wireless communications, telecommunications, computer networking systems and internet utilities or any refinery for installation, commissioning or maintenance which is suit to my field of experience & qualification so 
that to continue & practice, explode my capabilities in the field of transmission in telecommunications industry.
I offer twenty-six (26) years of experience in managing projects, service delivery, engineering operations of wireless, transmission network, telecommunications, and satellite & broadcasting network system. 

Being the Field Operation & Maintenance Technician of a premier telecommunications operator/ carrier operated cellular system in 1996, I have in depth knowledge in perform the operation & maintenance for RBS (radio base station) for ETACS system, BTS (base transmitter station) for GSM system, microwave & satellite link, data communication and rectifier system equipment. After 10 months performing operation & maintenance for cellular communications equipment, I been transferred to Project Management Group, Transmission Unit to perform a new duty like pre-installation survey, install, dismantle, antenna pointing (alignment), testing & commissioning the microwave stations (antenna size is between 0.6 meter to 3.6 meter), satellite earth station (antenna size:- 9 meter), SCPC VSAT terminal (antenna size:- 2.4 meter) and rectifier system for transmission equipment at Sabah Region. In April of the year 2002, the company was accepted my VSS (voluntary separation scheme) application.
In September 2002, I have been employed by telecommunication’s contractor company as Technical Executive of Radio Transmission Department. My scope of work there is taking the lead role in install; dismantle and maintain about 110 TDMA VSAT terminals and solar 
power system throughout Sabah for Telekom Malaysia Bhd. At the same time, I need to assist project manager for the implementation process from initial point of contract (lead generation), presentation, proposal, through contract negotiation and execution.
In March 2006, I have been offered by a group specializes in utilities infrastructure, engineering, and system integrator. My scope of work there is performing technical support for repair, testing, calibrating of test & measurement instrumentation. Besides that, I also conduct an equipment/ product including basic theory of communications training for enduser throughout Malaysia. 
After almost a year performing technical support for repair, testing and calibrating of test & measurement instrumentation, I have been joined with a systems integrator, which located in 
Singapore as a Systems Engineer in Satellite Communications Department under Communications & Information Technology Division. My scope of work there is performing preliminary survey including RFI (radio frequency interference) test, preinstallation survey, install, dismantle, antenna pointing (alignment) and testing & commissioning of satellite earth station, VSAT terminal throughout South East Asia. 

After four and half years with a SatCom system integrator, I got a chance to join a Maritime Satellite Communications Service Provider as Field Service Technician. My scope of work here is to provide mid-level system installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance on Harris CapRock’s products and services overseas, onshore, and offshore as appropriate.
In January 2017, Harris Caprock has been officially acquired by Speedcast International Limited. Beside act as Field Engineer, I also take responsibility of the service delivery role for Repsol Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited account.In November 2019, I have changed my role and responsibility as Teleport Engineer. My scope of works here is to installs, operates, and maintains all RF systems in the Teleport. Take responsibility of the service delivery role for Hibiscus Oil & Gas Malaysia Limited account. Provides support as a Network Operation Engineer at Speedcast's Network Operation Center, performing customer service and network monitoring activities and demonstrating ability in analyzing and resolving technical issues.
In October 2022, I have been employed by ST Engineering iDirect (APAC) Pte Ltd as Assistant Principal Engineer in Systems Integration. 
I am a self-confident, independent, hardworking, aggressive, result oriented and able to work under minimum supervision. 

I have good interpersonal skill, strong technical sense and quick analytical mind. I also keep attention to details, problem solver and a very particular person, able prioritize work in order to meet deadline, willing to work late and on weekend. With strong sense of responsibility, hands on management and communication skills. Strong loyalty and self- motivation.
