• Participate in internal quality audit and monitoring conformity of manufacturing process to ensure manufactured products are consistently conforming to Engineering, Quality, and customer requirements.
• To drive control of process and its process nonconformities, root cause analysis (5whys, Fishbone etc.) methods. Implementation of corrective actions and review of effectiveness.
• In-charge of seal manufacturing shop for quality control and quality process activities from the raw material till to finish product.
• Handle all CMM inspection & gage control for all the seal shop, including CMM programming for NPI products and other inspection needs by related parties.

• Handle incoming quality inspection for 3 Project - Carl Zeiss Meditec, Hill-Rom & Waters.
• Prepare all the work instructions, 2D drawing access route and critical dimension selection for
inspection report & IQA correlated issues and technical details, liaise with internal and external
team for technical problem solving and measurement method alignment.
• Do & assist on CMM programming for mass production parts, FAI parts and helping other
engineering technical & measurement enquires. Train Inspector on how to use equipment,
collaborate in GR & R.
• Involve in FDA 21CFR Part 820 & ISO 13845 & Project based internal & external audits for the
dept.
• Handle all equipment validation & software validation by doing its protocol, pre-validation and
after validation follow up.
• Follow up on CAPA if any issued, do improvement as per it and maintain and train inspectors to strictly to follow.

✓ Lead the Team on Lean Project for the optimisation for CMM output by evaluating the speed vs the accuracy of the machine measurement capability in CNC mode. Saved cost and time.
✓ Done 3 equipment validation for the dept, under the FDA 820 requirement.
✓ Appointed to be IPC 610 & IPC 620 Certified Trainer for PCBA assembly & Cable/wire
industry.
