PLC programming & Software: 

• PLC and HMI, SCADA system Setup and programming
• Read and Write Siemens S7 PLC V19 & HMI WinCC8 codes
• Programming new automated equipment and processes
• Generate and prepare process flow diagram, technical design and 2D AutoCAD drawing of industrial automation equipment and software specifications
• Develop PLC program and HMI graphics as per plant requirements
• Analyze and edit existing PLC applications to improve functionality

Operation:

• Prepare internal hardware & software integrated testing 
• Prepare project and design documentations and technical reports
• Update design progress to department head and maintain proper documentation
• Monitors plant equipment operation and performance, adjusting to performance specifications
• Checking electrical design (MCC, Control panel, Junction box etc) and electrical cabling design drawing
• Improve new plant and support existing and future hardware and automation solutions
• Liaise with customer/end-users to identify technical requirements and develop solutions
• Identifying quality issues and writing reports

Installations, Testing, Commissioning & Troubleshooting

• Equipment/Process Installation, Calibration, Program modification, upgrade, Operation and Simulation using by Siemens S7 PLC and HMI
• Support on-site installation, troubleshooting and testing of automation systems
• Support automation team in maintaining industrial control systems for automated equipment (Software / Hardware)
• Test & simulate PLC applications extensively to ensure they are error and bug free
• Problem solving and troubleshooting and software issues
• Identify and evaluate technology solution to fulfil system requirements
• Determine project constraints including estimated time and costs

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration on machines & equipment
