FOREWORD COFFEE ROASTERS – Social Impact Catalyst Internship, 2022 (Summer) • Revamped the social enterprise’s website using Pagefly while reflecting important keywords. • Designed marketing collateral and social posts to support publicity efforts. • Managed other ad-hoc projects such as collaborations with partner organisations, organising team-building events, or developing visual/instructional aids to accommodate PwD staff. A*STAR GRADUATE ACADEMY [A*GA] – Corporate Intern, 2021 (Summer) • Organised and hosted virtual fairs & webinars to promote various A*STAR scholarships. • Assisted with preparations for the Fusionworld exhibition launch & Scholarship Award Ceremony. • Proposed a centralised social, EDM & web traffic and engagement monitoring plan to reduce reliance on external reporting, and briefed Google Analytics how-tos to colleagues. • Proposed content plans for A*GA socials to funnel & boost event and scholarship sign-up rates. SCIENCE CENTRE SINGAPORE – Science Explainer, 2014-2020 (Seasonal) • Facilitated educational workshops & lab sessions for a diverse range of audiences by adapting the mode of delivery resulting in participant satisfaction, as measured from their feedback. • Assisted in Event Logistics, Planning and Execution for several events, resulting in enhanced participant satisfaction by resolving programming and logistical issues early. • Assisted with volunteer orientations, & training & management of the Volunteer Programme. • Collated & analysed feedback data for events & classes via OMR & Excel to identify key AAR insights. MINISTRY OF EDUCATION – Teaching Internship, 2017 • Prepared for, Assisted in & Conducted lessons for secondary-level students (Social Studies & Geography) through pedagogies learnt from the Singapore Academy of Teachers. • Oversaw Drama CCA sessions in SYF preparations and was involved in the preparation & execution of the school’s Speech Day & Sports Day Events. FESTIVAL SQUARE CIRCLE – Project Manager, 2016-2017 • Coordinated logistical & staffing requirements for Singapore Day 2016 to ensure bump-in & teardown was completed on time. • Sourced for & liaised with suppliers to fulfil procurement quotas for a future Singapore Day event. • Identified potential themes for future event concepts & presented findings to Accounts Manager.
