I am Erin Li, and I am writing to express my interest in the position of Business Analyst Intern, from JUNE. 2024 to DEC. 2024. With a strong academic background in Financial Technology and relevant internship experiences, I believe I am well-suited for this role.

Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Financial Technology - Digital Financial Services at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, I am scheduled to graduate in FEB 2025. My studies have given me a comprehensive understanding of the financial industry, including market analysis, risk management, and regulatory frameworks. Additionally, my Master's program allows me to undertake full-time internships legally in Singapore, which will also contribute three academic units to my degree. Moreover, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Financial Technology from City University of Hong Kong, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in financial technologies and their applications.

During my previous internships, I developed practical skills and applied my knowledge to real-world scenarios. I was an intern at the Risk Management Department at EDDID Holdings Limited, where I conducted market research and analysis to assess risks associated with the organization's virtual asset portfolio. I also collaborated with legal and compliance teams to align risk management practices with regulatory frameworks. Additionally, I built a dynamic model using VBA to analyze the benefits of a virtual asset distribution project and estimated platform revenue. These experiences have honed my analytical abilities and risk assessment skills. Furthermore, I also worked as an Audit Intern at SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited, which strengthened my attention to detail, ability to work with complex financial data, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
