About Lee Serene:

Currently working as freelance counsellor; independent contracted with JC Integra as Trainer. I have a Master in Counselling (advanced) and higher diploma in Psychology. Currently taking another specialised diploma in teaching and supporting children with special needs. 

Experience

Knowledgeable in youth and adolescent development, including social, behavioural, emotional, and cognitive strategies. Dedicated to helping individuals who may be struggling, experiencing imbalance, or feeling stuck. Skilled in identifying early warning signs of harmful behaviour in students/clients to provide preventive counselling, with counselling experience for more than 4 years. Currently working as a freelance counsellor providing both face-to-face and online counselling, as well as personal development training for employees. Actively seeking a permanent counselling position with a reputable organization that will allow me to utilize my knowledge, training, and experiences while providing opportunities for growth. Currently pursuing a Specialized Diploma in Supporting and Teaching Special Needs Children (SEN) at ACC Human Services Institution
