In these roles, I have gained experience in operations management, customer service, data entry, problem-solving, office administration, customer support, communication, and user acceptance testing.

My relevant education is a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, and Related Support Services from Kingston University, completed in 2018, with an Upper Second Class grade.
