My experience in Voice User Interaction Design, A.I, Marketing and Customer Experience has provided me with the skills to become an effective UX Designer. By carefully analyzing business needs and recommending user-centric solutions, I create brand experiences that help businesses to achieve a higher ROI for their products.

I am Liyun, I am a UX designer who has a background in A.I, customer experience and marketing. Previously I was working in an A.I startup called WIZ.AI building voicebots to automate customer service (like for example, getting customers to update their emails through phone calls) and I was using VUI to build these phone conversations. My work revolved around speaking to users to understand their problems, I would also lead my team to analyze business needs and create user flows which I would present to customers with my team members. I would also build the bot’s conversation and conduct usability tests to observe how my client’s customers would react to the bot and redesign it accordingly. My work also involved speaking to chinese engineers based in Nanjing whenever we had a function we needed to build so it was like working in an agile-waterfall hybrid work environment. Prior to working at the A.I startup, I was a copywriter and social media strategist intern at GSK Creative. 

I graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in 2021. After that, took up a 3 month course for User Experience Design at General Assembly Singapore in 2022.
