My career was HR leader where i lead HR teams comprising recruitment, C&B to L&D. I have experienced as a HR trainer and skilled in union industrial relations.
My last job at airport was made redundant after travel lockdown. Thereafter i enrolled in SG UNITED course at Republic Poly on Health Coach, Community Care for 6 mths at Republic Poly graduating with Specialist Certificate. There was no job fit at that time but with my health literacy i continue to stay healthy and fit.
Thereafter, i worked with my wife as pioneer team on a part time basis at a commercial organization rooftop garden for around 6 mths. I do seeding, transplant, harvesting and packing of hydroponics vegetable. In addition , i learned to calibrate the nutrients for the vegetable weekly. The reason i left is because i relocated my housing which is a distance from the work location.
I am married with two married children staying apart on their own.
