A brief overview of who I am:

I now hold a Bachelor's degree in supply chain and logistics + a diploma in oral health therapist OHT (Part II)

I have been working as an OHT clinician for close to 3 years but always been interested in the clinic's financial and operational aspects. I am constantly looking for new ways to integrate technology and AI into healthcare to optimized the process flow but feel that the dental market is relatively stagnant. Henceforth I'm decided to take up a Degree in BAH of supply chain and logistics management and plan to venture my career into the global supply chain industry, particularly in tech companies
 

 Engage in practice management and executive duties such as handling of 20+ Clinic personnel rosters, investigate and address medical insurance claims for 50+ procedures performed by the clinic, administer staff payroll and salaries, and basic technical troubleshooting for clinic equipment such as dental chairs and database servers, on top of clinical work. Constant building of interpersonal relationship with different patients

I have learned that BAH Supply chain and logistics is a degree that explore skillsets that enables optimization of workflow. Be it SME or MNC, theories such as “travelling salesman” or “network optimization” are relevant in allowing shareholders to understand the strategic placement or distance of travelling to enable maximum profit in the least possible timeframe.
