Lutfi Amali Bin Tuliman

I am currently in the civil engineering/construction industry for more than 8 years. 

What I love to do is to travel to other countries to experience their culture and appreciate their landmark/landscapes. I used to go touring to bangkok on my motorcycle in end 2019 and it was an experience that I would like to repeat again despite having most of my time spent with my wife and son at home these days.

I have skills in team management that I feel I can apply anywhere I go which allows me to ensure my team's welfare, morale and performance is kept up to service standards. This also allows me to connect with them outside of working hours.

I am currently working at CBM Pte Ltd and have been in the civil engineering/construction industry for more than 8 years. Mostly maintaining, monitoring and managing maintenance as well as project works. My works do include prioritising safety as well as quality control to ensure all works run smoothly without any incidents. Additionally, I do stakeholder management as well where I am required to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders involved in the works for authority submissions and project updates.

I studied and achieved a degree in Bachelor in Applied Science (Construction Management) in 2018. 

In this degree, I learned about how construction is in the Australian context and how it can be related to the construction scene in Singapore.
