Experience
As a seasoned SAP Sales Engineer specializing in Enterprise Performance Management since July 2022, I have delivered impactful product demonstrations and conducted discovery sessions for CFOs and finance teams across Southeast Asia, focusing on SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, and Advanced Financial Closing. My role involved maintaining a keen understanding of the competitive landscape, building Proof-of-Concepts to solidify deals, and responding to functional and technical queries through RFIs and RFPs, contributing to the sales team’s overachievement of 120% and surpassing MBOs at 109%. Concurrently, I am undertaking a fellowship as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where I define and execute strategies to enhance customer value journeys and achieve SEA deployed ACV targets. My foundational experience was built through SAP's Management Associate Program (Jan 2021 – Jun 2022), where I rotated through Presales, Consulting Services, and Demand Generation roles, delivering technical presentations, supporting S/4HANA cloud migrations, and driving pipeline growth with innovative solutions.

I hold a BSc in Information Systems, cum laude, from Singapore Management University, with a major in Business Analytics and Fintech. During my time at SMU, I served as President of Metamorphosis, the Information Systems Freshmen Orientation Committee, where I led a team of 37 members to organize an orientation event for 592 freshmen. Additionally, as a Marketing Executive for Ellipsis, the Information Systems Society Club, I generated over $20k in sales revenue by designing and selling faculty merchandise and created more than 20 publicity materials to promote faculty events and activities.
