Full HR generalist management focused on best-in-class HR policies, employee experience, and support of strategic business goals.
- Help to build the local HR services, supported recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, payroll, benefits and compensation, and employee management.
- Partner with the Hiring Manager to define general candidate requirements (e.g., prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges) and determine the correct source of candidates
- Works closely with the respective Centre of Excellence in implementing corporate policies related to human resources, organisational and employee development at the business unit to build world-class initiatives.
- Guide and support leaders in leading and managing their employees using HR systems, leadership development resources, workforce planning/analytics tools, global tools, and frameworks to develop local solutions to talent and operational challenges.
- 1st point of contact for employee relations issues and policies. Serve as an employee advocate to ensure a healthy, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
- Assist in setting up performance improvement plans to help struggling employees improve their work to raise it to a certain expectation level of the company.
- Formulate, update and maintain company HR policies & procedures, employees' orientation materials etc.
- Keep up-to-date with the applicable law and guides to avoid/minimise workplace complaints based on unfair employment practices, unsafe working conditions and general dissatisfaction with working conditions
