I am May Thet Khine. Passionate and visionary Senior Business Analyst who is a leader of positive change with over 3 years of experiences in the industry. Thrives on the ability to understand the business values and translate them into technical deliverables. Enabling teams and organizations to embrace the change that they need in order to achieve the results that they want. As a Senior Business Analyst, I am helping companies by interpreting statistical and numerical data to assess and compare the performance of a business. I am working on data related projects in a variety of fields, including finance & business, such as analyzing sales figures, market research and logistics. I have successfully applied my skills to various projects involving data collection, cleaning, analysis, visualization, and reporting. Led a team of two data analysts to design and execute a data-driven strategy for improving customer retention and loyalty for company. Developed a dashboard using Power BI and SQL to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs). Proven ability in moving up the learning curve quickly, with solid academic and employment achievements.

Currently, I am working as a senior data analyst with over 3years of experience in both data analytics and systems engineering, I bring a unique skillset to the table. Seeking a challenging opportunity in an organization which recognizes and utilizes my true potential while nurturing analytical and technical skills.

My previous internship as a System Engineer allowed me to gain proficiency in storage solutions such as VMware VSAN, Dell EMC storage, Synology NAS and Microsoft 365 implementation. Skilled in gather and assess business requirements, develop, and present solutions, produce design and migrating strategy documents, and provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client. The area that I am excel at install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools and others. At my internship period, I have successfully done projects about Backup storage solution, File server and Network setup and Banking applications DC/DR setup.

In my current role, I am working on data related projects in a variety of fields, including finance & business, such as analyzing sales figures and market research. I am well-versed in data visualization tools such as Spreadsheets, MS Excel, Power BI and Tableau, as well as in programming language like Python and query language like SQL. My knowledge in project management and agile methodologies also allows me to manage projects effectively and efficiently using tools such as Jira and Asana. I am known for my ability to quickly learn new technologies and for my solid academic and employment achievements.
