Md Masum Billah

I am Md. Masum Billah, I got my Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health. Right now, officially I am capable to work as assistant Safety Officer and able to manage my project.

I have been working in Building and Construction Industries Since 2008 July and July 2015 onwards working as an Environmental Safety and Health Coordinator. I am able to work without supervision and capable to run my project activities also I have self-confident lead the team. 

• This is Masum, I have been working Micron Fab 10X, 10N and 10A project (Exyte) as an EHS personal and many others projects in Singapore. 
• I have the proficiency to work as a Project Lead Safety (01 -50 employees)
• Good Communication Skills in English.
• Proficient in create Task related RA (Risk-Assessment) and finding hazard from work area and create solution on site.
• Well versed in computer activities MS word, MS Excel, Power point.
• Detail-oriented, efficient and organised professional with an extensive experience in Conduct SIC, Internal training, Conduct Mass TBM, TBM, briefing JSA (Job Safety Analysis) etc.
• Possess strong Analytical & problem-Solving Skills, with an ability to make thought out Decision. 
• Have the ability to quickly identify problems as well as provided appropriate solution. 

• WSH Specialist Diploma Level C in Environmental Safety and Health (Safety Officer) NTUC Learning Hub (From 10th /October/2022 to 2nd /October/2023 Singapore)
