I would like to apply for the "Senior/Architectural Coordinator" position. Currently I am holding a visit pass with a valid date by 15-Jul-2023 and can start work immediately upon Spass/EP approval. Therefore, I would like to request opportunities for a personal interview immediately today, 5-Jul-23 to have a better understanding of me. 

I have been working as an Senior/Architectural Coordinator at two condominium, HDB, community club, nursing home projects in Singapore A1 companies for over 10 years. My highest education is a Master Degree in Architecture. 

I can guarantee that a team who are knowledgeable can acknowledge my performance and working attitude in less than a month and my knowledge & skills will be greatly helpful to the team effectively & efficiently. 

I would like to introduce some of the key strengths that I can contribute and supports to team such as strong knowledge in technical details and authorities requirements such as BCA accessibility, fire compliance, SSS, HHS, LTA, etc., able to explore any kind of termination/interfacing details among architectural trades of PBU, facade, WSO, TSO, RCP, ID, RWDP, Metal Works, Steel Works, etc and also to M&E & C&S coordinated items of CBP, RCP, etc., all kind of architectural mock up/visual mock up, problem solving skills, budget materials proposal, sharp on picking up the VO incur matters, protective works and scheduling on drawings/materials submission as well as site progress, familiar to RI/TOP requirements and distribute it properly in stage by stage during the construction process, lead the archi team such as BIM modeler/coordinator/Manager with VDC & drafter for shop drawings & detailings as well as lead the technical meetings not only consultants/client but also internal team of QS/contract manager, C&S, M&E members, QA/AC as well as subcon/suppliers, well organizing on documents controlling, etc. I can handle any kind of job scope in architectural related matters in construction works.
