A recent Honours Graduate with a Bachelors in Architecture. A proactive and creative individual who executed an end-to-end UX research process on a regional project across 6 countries as a trainee in DBS, involving stakeholders from the upper management. Always inquisitive and eager to learn, with experience in student start up, digital marketing, UX research and UI design tools.

UXUI Trainee at DBS Bank, Aug 2021 - Feb 2022

• DBS Innovation Group is the driving force behind the digital transformation of DBS Bank. I Executed an end-to-end UX research process on a regional project, involving stakeholders from the upper management. Saw through entire process from desk and in-field research, user analysis, quantitative and qualitative research, information architecture, data synthesis, crafting narratives, and presentation of results to the upper management.
• Led an immersion and ideation virtual workshop via WebEx for local and international DBS employees using UX research methodology. Had an outreach of 126 participants across 6 different regions; India, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Singapore.
• Facilitated a 4D Design Thinking (Discover, Define, Develop and Deliver) workshop for DBS and SingHealth management leaders to ideate solutions for the future of FinTech and MedTech.

Co-Founder and Head of Marketing at Acai Fix, Jan 2020 – Aug 2021   

• Acai Fix is a 100% student run Acai shop in Utown, NUS. The shop has been featured in NUS SDE Dean’s Office. 
• Built a start-up ground up with innovative business model that breaks even in 2 weeks of inception. Established the operating rhythm to run business from logistics, supply chain, forecast, financial and digital marketing strategy. 
• Led multiple roles of business operations, direct sales, client communication, marketing strategies, social media account management, graphic design, photo, and video editing.
• Designed the physical storefront, print and merchandise displays, increasing the number of walk-in customers by over 200% in 2 months.
• Initiated creative online publicity campaign through social media. Set the direction for a one-year marketing plan, copywriting for all publicity channels, and design ideation.
• Designed the publicity materials on social media account (Instagram) to create a strong brand image, grew follower count to over 600+ in the first 2 months.
• Conducted target market research on student market to identify advantageous trends. Increased social media engagement by 50%.

Intern at RT+Q Architects, Mar 2017 – Jun 2017

• Developed technical skills on the job despite having no prior experience. Learnt architecture software skills such as Sketchup and AutoCAD, and physical model making skills on the job through self-learning online and from colleagues.
• Worked independently in drafting and modelling both digital and physical mock-ups and floor plans to assist architects in client presentation.
• Designed high quality layouts for print project proposals and presentation materials
• Delivered clerical support such as restocking supplies, retrieving files and note taking during meetings.
