I am a graduate from SIT-Massey University, from the course of Bachelor of Food Technology (Hons). I am looking forward to exploring new challenges, and working to be a better person than I am yesterday. I have gained some experiences in handling hydrocolloids, instrumental analysis, and laboratory housekeeping throughout my studies, and internship experiences. Prior to my studies in SIT-Massey, I have 3 years of work experience in Quality Assurance, which includes handling of quality issues in manufacturing and warehouse environments, various food safety audits, and participated in startups of a new production line and warehouses.

• Perform instrumental analysis & sensory of sample products to evaluate ingredient applications and performances
