3D Interior Designer

• Hand-drawing 2D layout plan & 3D view for space designing.
• Using Autocad software for the preparation of various 2D plan e.g. Floor plan, Furniture & Loose Furniture elevation plan etc. 
• Skill of 3dsmax, Sketchup and Vray for building models and rendering. 
• Knowledge of photoshop to make a space more aesthetics. 
• Preparation of conceptual development, bubble diagram, mood board, material board & Presentation board.

Admin Executive

• Process monthly orders 
• Perform administrative and accounting data entry 
• Liaise with clients and suppliers 
• Perform monthly payroll 
• Perform Ad-hoc job tasks from time to time

Admin Assistant

• Assisting the IT team in gathering, updating, uploading & keying publishing data into the system for preview and printing. 
• Knowledge of Adobe Indesign. 
• Front desk duties including answering, screening/transferring calls/emails & attend to walk-in customers and visitors. 
• Maintains database of subscribers and process orders. 
• Provides support for events/conferences/seminars. 
• Liaise with vendors on building and office maintenance. 
• Perform general administrative duties.
