A dynamic and accomplished health and wellness coach with a wealth of experience in developing and executing programs that promote mental wellbeing and mental performance. Having a Master's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology allows me to have a deep understanding of the importance of mental wellness and its impact on overall health. With a proven track record of working with corporate clients and communities to develop customized health and wellness programs that meet their unique needs and goals, I believe I will be able to add value to any organization.

The Wellness Origin: Collaborating with organizations such as the Singapore Cybersports & Online Gaming Association (SCOGA), ITE College Central, Republic Polytechnic, Singapore Polytechnic, and Prudential to deliver workshops on crucial health topics, including mental wellness, nutrition, sleep, and physical activity, for corporate clients. Sport Singapore: Project Lead for mental wellness, in development of workshops and webinars, including the domain of stress, mindfulness, mental resilience, and targeted segment population contents, which are rolled out to Whole of Government employees, members of the public, and private companies. Northumbria University, MSc Sports & Exercise Psychology: Awarded Commendation (2:1) in MSc Sports & Exercise Psychology, I have worked with elite athletes to implement Psychological Skills Training in volleyball, elicit motivation in clients to exercise using Motivational Interviewing, and conducted a thesis using qualitative research to understand how exercise adhere may correlate to flow state in recreational athletes.
