About Ramesh Naik :

since childhood have been practising yoga and i have been teaching yoga since 2005 when I post graduated in yoga. Taught yoga in India (2005-2009), Thailand-California fitness (2010-2013),Singapore-True fitness  2013 -2020. 
Since 2021 to at  present living in Indian Himalayan state Uttarakhand for personal yoga practice,online teaching and self studies. 

Experience

I have taught yoga in India since 2003 to 2009 for various school ,colleges and public of all age group 

2010 to 2013 I have taught yoga in California fitness Bangkok Thailand 

2013 to 2020 I have taught yoga in Singapore true fitness. 
 

From 2021 to now I am living in Indian Himalayan state Uttarakhand for my personal yoga practice ,online yoga teaching and some studies.

Completed Post graduation diploma in yoga studies in 2005 Karnataka university india 

Master of Physical Education-2006-08 Karnataka university india 

Yoga instructor certificate orientation course in 2009. SVYASA university india
