• Compounded various seasoning prototypes.
• Incorporated flavours and seasonings into various end application.
• Assisted in technical trials involving instant noodle, sauces and plant-based products (cheese, nugget, meat patty, fish finger etc.) in the Culinary department.
• Conducted anticaking tests to analyse the stability of compounded seasonings.

• Implemented procedures for ingredient usage (e.g. starches and hydrocolloids) in bench top trials.
• Assisted food technologists in the execution of projects involving ingredient application of food products such as sauces, salad dressing and yoghurt using pilot plant equipment.
• Conducted technical and sensory analysis of food products and provided accurate documentation of results.
