Oversees daily operations comprising of managing onsite Global Security Services officers, geopolitical alerts, travel security and secured transportation, incident mitigation, and escalations, preliminary investigation, badging services, audits, access control, alarm panels, and security systems. My additional role consists of:

• Incident Management and Crisis Response coordination.
• Collaborated with the training team to conduct regional combined drills and TTX exercises with operations personnel.
• Issuing mass communication to relevant stakeholders during incidents.

Managing Singapore retail operations (6 stores with 50 employees), sales targets, marketing, annual budget, human resource and accounts function, vendor management, security and loss prevention programs, audits, projects, inventory, and lease negotiations. My secondary responsibilities are:

• Ensuring all stores adhere to Rip Curl operation guidelines and policies.
• Managing wholesaler’s account.
• Collaborated with Singapore Water Sports Association and Zouk for events.

Senior Loss Prevention Agent

Abercrombie & Fitch, Singapore (Oct 2011 – Mar 2013)

A Senior Loss Prevention Agent role includes hiring and training (loss prevention agent, security officers, retail managers, and associates), vendor management, driving loss prevention programs, conducting audits and investigations, and overseeing the security and safety of the store. Ad-hoc duties include:

• Conduct periodic internal inspections of stores and facilities to ensure surveillance, security, and safety have been adhered to.
• Oversees the installation and maintenance of security equipment, device, and system.
• Main person for meeting with Local Authorities on crime awareness and handing over offenders.
• Collaborated with the Facility Manager for emergency and safety exercises.

ICS Specialist 

Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Singapore (Dec 2007 – Jul 2011)

Maintain Singapore’s border security coverage through document examination, screening (people, goods, and vehicles), and behavioral analysis. Applying profiling techniques and exercising Immigration laws appropriately. My additional roles are:

• Manage Auxiliary Police Officers’ deployment and serve as Officer-In-Charge.
• Apprehension and escorting offenders to be handed over to other government agencies.
• Active contributor for team monthly KPI of successful cases detected.

Police Coast Guard

Police Force (National Service), Singapore (Jun 2004 – Aug 2006)

Safeguarding Singapore Territorial waters through checks on all sea transportation, detection of illegal activities, apprehension of offenders, and exercising maritime policing laws. My duties also include:

• Conduct theory and practical tests for newly join officers.
• Perform emergency at sea exercises and participated in the yearly audits.
• Putting up incident reports and ensuring diary entries are recorded accurately and timely.
