Presently, I hold the role of Senior Analyst at One Global Group, where I specialize in conducting comprehensive research and analysis on the Singapore property market to equip stakeholders with valuable insights. My area of expertise extends from analyzing the residential property market, which includes private property and HDB resale segments, to examining the commercial property sector, such as shophouse transactions. My role involves gathering and analyzing data from a wide range of sources to produce accurate and insightful reports that help clients make informed decisions.

I have had the opportunity to refine my expertise and deepen my understanding of the ever-evolving property landscape in Singapore throughout my career. I have had the wonderful opportunity to gain professional experience in companies within the industry, including Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV), BCI Asia, PropNex Realty, Ohmyhome, and One Global Group.
