Experience

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Liaise with the factory production planner on order management, quality issues and delivery schedules.
  2. Liaise with suppliers on the material reschedule request.
  3. Handle project enquiry and generate quotations to factories located in China, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan.
  4. Source for the alternate solution if the existing supplier cannot meet the desired schedule.
  5. Creating goods receipts notes upon receiving goods and invoices from suppliers.
  6. Generate invoices and packing lists for shipments going to China, Thailand, Vietnam and Japan.
  7. Prepare monthly forecasts based on production material demand for suppliers.
  8. Generate monthly sales reports to management.
