*Conduct daily patrol of the Data Center room for checking the temperature, electricity power and servers health for 3 status lights. (RED/GREEN/YELLOW)

*Perform physical visitors and contractors access requests into the data center.

*Reconciles discrepancies in asset records (e.g. physical count versus reported items). Managing access requests and overseeing inventory movements upon approvals & verified matches with the service requests.

 *Actively Monitoring Group chat & Escalation of requests such as broadcasting emails for  telephone network patching, maintenance, upgrades exercises of systems through Whatsapp and Jira ticketing software system.
