• In-charge of a team of three, consists of higher technicians.
• Attend job complaints dispatched by the Controller Officer.
• Carry out testing/checking of float switches at manhole and inlet chamber.
• Troubleshooting/re-setting of RTU communications fault.
• Rectify pump failure due to air lock trip in dry well of pumping installations.
• Shutdown and resume pumping main at pumping installations.
• Installation Security Check.
• Intruder Alarm Activation.
• Troubleshoot Equipment Faults such as faulty float switches.
• Surveillance and Inspection of Pumping Mains.
• Handling submission of reports through the AMS (Asset Management System) after each completion of job complaints and preventive/monthly check maintenance.
