Experience
As an IT Technical Executive, we are trained to assist users on-site /remote with Windows/Mac/Ubuntu OS level. Create users with Zentyal and Map them on NAS so they could access their respective folders / files. Re-install printer drivers if there is no printout even if the paper tray is full.
Education
As a Higher Nitec in Cyber and Network Security Graduate, not only we learnt the basics of IT like Computer Management Operating System, Essential Networking. We were taught on how to identify the differences between cyber attacks threats like Denial of Service, Man in the middle attack and Phishing.
