• Supervise and handle of passenger service at Departure Processes including meet and assist, weight and balance base on the service level agreement with each airline or AOC.
• Assist passengers when checking in their bag, boarding passengers onto their flights and assisting at every possible opportunity.

Report the daily operation cases to operation control team.
