About Naqiyyah Rahamat:

I am on the lookout for a role in an operations and a retail setting. I believe this is in line with my interest and strengths. This new role would also also give me the opportunity to expand my previous experiences even further.

Experience

  • Primary liaison in Singapore handling day-to-day routine and non-routine tasks
  • Fulfilled e-commerce purchases, coordinating with customers and transport personnel to ensure timely dispatches and minimize delivery expenses
  • Assisted in pitching to major grocery retailers, expanding market footprint from a single supermarket chain of 20+ stores to almost 80 stores across four supermarket chains
  • Liaised with staffs-in-charge for sampling activities and promotions
  • Managed the sourcing and recruitment of temporary staff for promotional events
  • Worked closely with our delivery driver and merchandiser to ensure efficient delivery, maintain stock levels and display space across physical stores
  • Collaborated with Calli team in Malaysia on marketing collaterals
