Driven and Perseverance are the two who always accompanied me throughout my life. My journeys in life were never hassle-free but afforded me several reasons to push the boundaries and aspire for a better future. My bias towards learning and education had significantly been driven not only by my need to support my family but also by my eagerness to keep myself abreast of the advancements in the field of learning. 
On a personal front, I decided to take a step back from my career, holding an experience of 6.5 years in various fields to start life as a trailing spouse and a caring mother. Now it’s time for me to get back into my career.
Having to complete two spells of educational pursuits, my undergraduate and graduate studies, my quest for knowledge has never deteriorated. I have decided to upskill myself with Data Analytics and Data Science, which is very promising in the present scenario.
As a Data Scientist, now I can extract the signal out of the noise and predict the future of your product and organization, not with intuition but with the help of technology.
I was an assistant professor in a reputed college in India. Also, have two years of experience in the electroplating industry as a chemical engineer and environmental engineer. I was doing home tuition for IB higher secondary students. 

After graduation, I joined 'FCI OEN Connectors Kochi India' as an Assistant Engineer and was exposed to organizational structure and environment in a real sense. There, I got training in various concepts of people management, quality management, and systems of production management, meanwhile, decision-making techniques and business strategy developments were my points of attraction, and decided to satisfy my curiosity in management techniques. 

After my MBA I decided to continue my career with teaching and joined ' Vidyabharathi Group of Institutions as a visiting faculty to gather some teaching experience. There I got an opportunity to handle all management topics including supply chain management. I could easily grasp the principles and deliver them to my students. The experience of teaching and supporting students to achieve their aims fascinated me. It was brilliant and transformed my interest in management research into a passion. After that, I joined 'Rajagiri College of Management and Applied science Kochi, India', as an Assistant Professor in the department of business administration

During my stay in Japan, I was taking home tuition for senior IB students, which helped me in enhancing my skills in teaching and mathematics. Involvement with these youngsters helped me in developing a passion to learn more.
