I have been in the Sanitary Wares, Fittings & Accessories Supply industry for more than 15 years supplying to many High-End Condominiums, Hotels and Landed Properties in Singapore. Liaising with Developers, Architects, Interior Designers, Main Contractors and Management Teams of Serviced Apartments are part & parcel of my Project Sales job. 

St Regis Hotel and South Beach Residences are 2 projects that hold dearly to me because of their prestige and the fact that I put in a lot of effort, time, & guile to secure both projects. Thinking back, every process from the very first step – proposing your range of products to the ID & Architect appointed by the developer to being invited for the tender, all the subsequent rounds of interviews (if you lasted and still in the fight), the mock-ups, the showroom visits by IDs, Architects & Developers, the final negotiations to final award of contract.  Not the end of story though..…
