I am passionate about data in web analytics and excited to investigate correlations of data to the different behaviors in ground operations. I enjoy helping organizations to translate data to insights and strategies for improvement. Currently, I am heavily involved in web analytics to improve digital services KPI scores of my organization's webpages.

1.Google Analytics & WOGAA Administrator:

Ensured organization's webpages complied with the standards and guidelines of Whole- Of-Government (WOG) requirements and Instruction Manual (IM8)

Monthly reporting of Flat Portal's performance and feedback for improvements

Identified trends and areas for improvements through customers' sentiments and worked with respective departments i.e Sales, Resale to drive business analytics projects

Worked with internal IT and external vendor on issues identified in Lighthouse reports to improve SEO and Accessbility KPI Scores

Studied possible reasons for low completion rate of e-Services such as Sale Proceeds Calculator, MyDoc@HDB, MyRequest@HDB and implemented projects to improved the completion rate from 30% to 68% within 3 months

2.Deputy Project Leader, Digital Transformation Project:

Oversee Flat Portal's Service Requests (SR) and Change Requests (CR) raised by stakeholders for system enhancements

Managed Flat Portal's contract value, usage by departments and its balance to ensure sufficiency for forecasted enhancements due to policy changes, WOG requirements etc.

Prepared Approval of Requirement (AOR), Request for Quotation (RFQ) paper for quotation for Third Party Management (TPM) Audit in compliance with IM8

Hosted monthly meetings with vendor and stakeholders for issues management and updates on implementation timelines
 

3.Deputy Project Leader, Resource Optimization Model:

Collaborated with SUSS to develop analytical model for manpower planning to meet business objective of completing resale flat applications within stipulated timeframe
