Responsibilities:


 I played an International TA leadership role within the Meta Tech Recruiting org, leading a Technical Recruiting team of 13 including 1 Recruiting Lead & Recruiters/Sourcers to deliver world’s top 2% Software Engineering talent across APAC & EMEA and products such as Facebook, Instagram, Watsapp etc. (Full stack, Machine Learning & Android/IOS).
 Partner with Channels Team, Attraction Team & Sourcing COE to design & deliver a Recruiting strategy to source, attract engage & hire the best Software engineering talent from the planet.


Achievements:


    Architect a Recruiting Hiring sprint for 8 weeks for the broader recruiting team of 40 Recruiters & Sourcers, conceptualizing recruiting strategy, defining hiring funnel goals at each stage, defining funnel pass through rates at each stage of recruiting process based on past data & driving execution to deliver hires.
 Led Talent attraction & outreach initiative across my global pod in APAC/EMEA, partnering with Engineering Director & Attract team to define and execute on EVP/Candidate engagement strategy via both passive & active methods which included curation and development of new & existing social media content I.e., employee stories, podcasts, leadership videos, blogs, candidate interview preparation material, Inmail outreach personalization & other forms of engagement.

Within 4 months we mapped 8000+ Engineers across 67 countries in APAC & EMEA.

Visa is one of the world’s leading payments technology & financial services company, we facilitate electronicfunds transfers throughout the world, most commonly through Visa-branded credit cards, gift cards, and debit cards.


Responsibilities:


 I led the Tech Recruiting & Sourcing function forexperienced hiring across Visa’s Technology organization in APAC i.e., Singapore, China, Japan, Parts of India (Sourcing delivery) & Philippines delivering 1800 hires in 5 years. Upon joining, revived a recruiting team struggling with high req load, low morale, inconsistent delivery & poor stakeholder experience, turning around & growing the team from 2 to 26.
 My role involved partnering with Global & Regional TA Leaders and developing TA vision, strategy, direction and execution of Tech TA deliveries, priorities, and projects in AP including Senior level stakeholder engagement.
 I managed a team of 26 which included 2 Managers, 7 Recruiters, 14 Sourcers & 3 Coordinators delivering
tech recruiting for five high growth years delivering over 1800 Technologists across Product Development /
Software Engineering, Cyber Security, Cloud operations, Corporate IT & Infrastructure organizations.
 Build Talent attraction & D&I recruiting strategy & roadmap by partnering with D&I & Talent Attraction &
Programs team. Delivered Diversity Sourcing projects, hosting D&I meetups, participation in Industry diversity
recruiting events, Social media content creation overall leading to 27% female talent hires across 5 years.
 Mentorship and coaching of team members to accelerate their development and grow & developed managers.


Achievements:


 Recruiting delivery of 1800 plus hires for Technology organization across APAC between FY18 to FY22 with Delivered from FY18 to FY22 with the following average metrics 0% Agency usage, 26% Sourced Hires, 27% Gender Diversity, and in FY22 CSAT score (HM/Candidate experience survey) of 9.1/10.
 Conceptualized and built the Tech Sourcing function in APAC from scratch including strategic sourcing services like Talent intelligence/Channels/landscape reports/projects, pipelining & reactive recruiting. In FY21, my sourcing team delivered 34% sourced hires.
 Operated as Interim Head of Tech TA team in India in 2018 to revive India Recruiting and led TA transformation project, designed org structure and recruited TA Leadership team in India which led to 800 hires delivered in FY19.
