My previous jobs in Singapore were a Proposal Coordinator, Administrative Assistant and Project Coordinator for a total of 9 years in Telecommunication (Oil & Gas) and HVAC Marine industry. Some of the skills that I have acquired are document submission to clients according to their requirement, liaise with vendors and clients for  project related documents and the status of the project, Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order processing, Project Tracking, Reporting & Invoicing/Billing.
 

My first job was as an AutoCAD Operator-Project Assistant (Document Controller) for almost 10 years in a Structural Steel Detailing company.
