I have developed strong design, coordination and building compliances skills. For example, one of my main duties is to prepare authority submissions for approval to the relevant building authorities in Singapore according to local codes. This requires one to be well versed in the various process for building approval, clarity of drawings and good communication and coordination skills. This duty requires meticulous drawing and vetting skills, and an ability to convey complex legal ideas clearly. I have prepared dozens of projects for submissions and received praise for the clarity of my work and have seen through projects from design concepts to completion.

I have gained a wealth of experience from working with Interior Design, Architecture and Infrastructure firms. With the wide knowledge on drawing, detailing, 3D modeling, submissions, presentations and coordination. I am well versed in design softwares such as AutoCad, ArchiCad, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop and InDesign and I am very keen on expanding my skillsets.
