customer experience and logistics, I am seeking for a career opportunity in your esteemed

In my current work stint, I am responsible for monitoring and taking action on queues, ticketing, 
and content labelling issues. I would offer clients timely, effective service, appropriately escalating 
any problems, as well as manage tasks and cases involving trust and safety.
In my previous role, I am tasked to handle all incoming and outgoing shipments daily. This is 
inclusive of coordinating and arranging day-to-day operations and transactions for parcel 
forwarding and other related activities, and manage all customer enquiries and troubleshoot 
operational issues encountered.
Besides being an experienced and avid learner in this field, I will describe myself as a person with 
adaptability, good organisational skills and an initiator. These soft skills have been honed 
throughout my work journey.
