Hi. I am currently working as a Senior KCare Centre Supervisor overseeing 2 centres in Tampines. Im the overall incharged for POC matters, administrative, finance and operational needs.
I also conduct trainings (staff development) for the team and organised staff welfare trips / outings to boost the morale of the team.
Incharged of liasing with MOE Kindergarten Centre Head on daily operational matters and POC matters. Day to day basis to improve the quality of service for the centre.
