Quality Assurance and Cement Distribution Manager

1. Create and implement procedures, work instructions and documentation of Quality System to conform with ISO 9001-2015
and responsible and maintain QMS in manufacturing environment.
2. Collaborate with production team and other functional areas to resolve problems, develop improved manufacturing processes and ensure the effectiveness of process, environmental and internal quality procedures.

3. Coordinate quality assurance operations to ensure effective manufacturing quality and inspection procedures are executed.
4. Manage QA laboratory activities including setup and qualification of new test equipment and development of new product testing plan.

5. Planning, monitoring work daily activities and also oversee and manage inspection process to ensure that all manufactured products conform with specified standards before products are released/distribute to customers.
6. Responsible for root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for quality issues using tools like 8D, 7QC tools & minitab.

7. Establish, review and maintain quality documents such as quality plan, failure mode & effects analysis, process flow and product traceability form.
8. Maintain, verify and conduct proper maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment which include periodic calibration and preventive maintenance. 9. Manage quality activities including setup and qualification of new test equipment and delelopment/implementing of new product testing plan.

10. Work closely with different stakeholders, department head, inter-departments (technical, engineering and Production) and ASEAN regional quality team to standardize SOP, develop innovative and sustainable solutions, improve customer satisfaction and improvements to products.

11. Meets quality assurance financial objectives by estimating requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions and also preventive action.
12. Summarize and issue monthly quality performance reports for use by management team and managing director
