Ong Zheng Ting

I am a dedicated and proactive healthcare professional with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the National University of Singapore, graduating with Merit. With hands-on experience in acute care, hematology, oncology, and chronic disease management, I have developed strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of patient care, including chemotherapy, radioiodine therapy, and stem cell transplants.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I have significant experience in healthcare operations and project management. I have coordinated volunteer training, managed logistics, and supported chronic disease management initiatives. My roles have honed my organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, allowing me to thrive in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.

I am highly proficient in various software systems, including Microsoft 365, Citrix/SCM, and EPIC, and have a strong background in utilizing data and analytics for operational improvement. I am also experienced in managing budgets, supporting quality improvement initiatives, and working collaboratively with teams to drive success.

I am a Staff Nurse at Singapore General Hospital’s Hematology Ward, where I provide care for patients with hematological and oncological conditions, including chemotherapy and stem cell transplants. I collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

As an Operations Manager for TriGen at Singapore General Hospital, I managed logistics, trained volunteers, and supported chronic disease management programs. I also worked as a Healthcare Assistant/Immunisation Nurse, administering vaccines and conducting assessments.

I am proficient in various healthcare technologies, including Citrix/SCM, EPIC, and Microsoft 365, and am passionate about improving patient care and healthcare operations.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the National University of Singapore, where I graduated with Merit.
