• 3.5 years’ experience in offshore & Marine Industry, working on LNG Bunkering Vessels, Wind Turbine Installation Vessel
• Involved in projects bidding, FEED and EPCC.
• Equipment Technical Specification Evaluation, Requisition order(RO) & Mechanical datasheet preparation for Sourcing & Contract purpose.
• Responsible as Packaging Equipment Engineer in handling mechanical equipment packages such as Engine, Pumps, Sewage Treatment Plant, Grease Trap, Automatic Dosing Unit, Air Compressor Package, Oil Purifier, Pressure vessel, Workshop Equipment, Lifting/ Handling Equipment, Hot Water calorifier, Filtration system, etc.
• Follow up and resolve on-site technical/ production issues
• Communicate with Client in order to meet customer's expectation & minimum requirement.
• Prepare Technical Proposal to Client for their approval.
• Resolve client’s and Ship Authority/ Class’s comment
• Review vendor’s proposals and technical quotations, and perform Technical Bid Evaluation including the preparation of technical clarification.
• Review vendor drawings (including P&ID, Electrical Single Line Diagram, Block Diagram), documents ( Technical datasheets, General Arrangement Drawing, Instrument List, Commissioning Procedure) and design calculations for mechanical package based on project specifications, authorities rule and regulations and other project related technical references.
